it is a very nice hotel close to the airport for ppl transiting thru Suvarnabhumi airport. They provide free shuttle service to the airport. Very helpful staff and good facilities.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with a great variety, including Western options, fried eggs, and fruits. the location in an industrial area was excellent, with a night market and market nearby.

The staff of the hotel is attentive and kind. The hotel is located near the international airport of Bangkok and a free shuttle is available to/from the airport. The room is spacious, well-furnished and modern.
Maybe two aspects would need improvement: 1) The shuttle runs every hour while it would be more convenient if it runs every half an hour; 2) I had breakfast quite early, just at the opening time of the breakfast room, and the food was almost not prepared yet, which was a little disappointing.

Certainly a real good experience for a couple of nights in Bangkok. Relaxing place with decent staff and good wi-fi. Extraordinary and cheap breakfast with a wide range of choice. Very comfortable hotel, friendly staff who answered all enqiries competently, good food, clean attractive rooms, a good spa.
There was some confusion about check in times, the front desk refusing to give me a room without a significant extra charge. A most disappointing experience, considering I was tired after a night of flight travel. After an hour or so they relented.
